New Cabin directly on Sandy Lagoon inside Hacienda Bay boutique hotel. The cabin has everything you need from bathroom essentials to beach pouch. Patio is furnished with comfortable outdoors furniture including square sofa and 2 beach chairs. Access to serviced beach is included and within few steps walk. Limited WiFi service through Le Sidi hotel is included and good enough to keep you connected throughout your vacation however it might not be sufficient for work or streaming.

  • A copy of all guests ID's is required to register with resort admin and local authorities.
  • Proof of marriage is required for Arab and Egyptian guests as per Egyptian law.
  • Checkout is strictly at 11:00am, housekeeping arrives at 11:30am as new guest’s check in is at 3pm. $100 penalty for each 1/2 hour after 11:00am as we have to accommodate the arriving guest.
  • Securing doors and windows and utilizing window screens at all times is important to keep crawling intruders and mosquitos out especially at dawn.
  • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside property. Smoking is only permitted in the terrace and balcony. Please use an ashtray or request one.
  • The garbage must be thrown to the outdoor bin upon departure. All dishes must be cleaned and no remaining food can be left in the unit. The linens, towels, mattresses and sofa must be returned without any stains, professional cleaning fee or replacement cost could be requested against the security deposit.
  • The guest is responsible for the equipment of the property. All the misplaced items must be returned to its original setup. Should any of the above be violated, extra charges will be imposed on the guest.
  • The average consumption of electricity and water is included. Should the average daily consumption be exceeded. The guest will need to cover the excess amount.
